1. Storage Guarantee:Upon delivering your photos to you, we guarantee their safe storage for a period of one year. During this time, it is recommended that you store your files in a secure and accessible location to prevent loss or damage.
2. File Loss and Resending:We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the loss of your files. In such cases, you are entitled to request a resend of your photos at no additional charge for the first occurrence. We are committed to assisting you in preserving your memories and will make every effort to promptly resend the files to you.
3. Subsequent Retrieval & Delivery:In the unfortunate event that your files go missing more than once and you require us to retrieve and deliver them to you again, we acknowledge that this process incurs additional time and resources. As a result, we may need to charge a retrieval and delivery fee of USD $150. This fee covers the costs associated with locating, retrieving, and ensuring the secure delivery of your files.
4. Process and Communication:To initiate the file retrieval process, kindly contact us through the provided communication channels. We will verify your identity and assess the situation. If it's a first-time occurrence, we will prioritize re-sending the files to you promptly. If it's a subsequent occurrence, we will discuss the retrieval feasibility and associated fees with you.
