We guarantee the storage of your photos for a period of one year once delivered to you. We ask that you store your files in a safe space once delivered to you.

However; we know that sometimes these files may go missing. In this scenario - you can request for us to resend the files to you again once at no additional charge.

If we've already gone through this then the retrieval & delivery process while not guaranteed but if we can then there will be a fee of $150.
